New Guidelines to keep you and our team members healthy and happy:
When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from your car to let us know you are at the spa. We will call you back momentarily to let you know when your service provider can meet you at the door.
Please have your face mask on before entering the building.
When you arrive, we will take you to our hand washing station to wash and apply hand sanitizer.
We cannot offer you spa refreshments at this time, please bring a drink if you need one.
Your service provider will assist you with the items you need from our retail area.
You can also place your retail order online ahead of time and choose the PICKUP option. We will have your order ready for you when you arrive!
Please call us if you need any help at all with your order.
If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment with us.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include • fever (chills, sweats) • cough or worsening of a previous cough • sore throat • headache • shortness of breath • muscle aches • sneezing • nasal congestion or runny nose • hoarse voice • diarrhea • unusual fatigue • loss of sense of smell or taste • red, purple or blueish lesions on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause.
If you have traveled outside of the province, please refrain from booking your appointment with us for a minimum of 14 days.
