MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

• The Spa Chappelle Premium Membership is $149 plus tax per month.
• The Membership is an auto-renew contract, with a minimum 4 month commitment.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

• The choice of a Deluxe Lift Facial, Skin Remodeling Facial or MicroPlus Facial
• 15% OFF all other regular priced spa services, courses, and retreats
• 10 % all regular priced retail items
• 5 Infrared Sauna Sessions

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The Spa Chappelle Membership is $149 plus tax per month. ▪ The Membership is an auto-renew contract, with a minimum 4-month commitment.
  
  
• Your membership will continue to auto-renew on the same date of each month after your 4-month commitment unless it is canceled according to Spa Chappelle’s cancellation policy.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your Spa Chappelle Membership following the initial 4-month commitment, you must contact Spa Chappelle by email 10 business days in advance of payment with your termination request.
  
  
• The penalty for terminating your membership before the 4 month period is $150.
  
  
• There is a charge of $20 for dishonoring your pre-authorized payment.
  
  
• Spa Chappelle asks to be notified of any changes in your credit card information (ie. expiry date) 10 business days in advance of your next pre-authorized payment.
  
  
• Since Membership benefits are already highly discounted, we can not combine any other Spa Chappelle promotion with your Membership discount.
